2. How Should I Decorate an Office for Christmas?

The best workplace Christmas displays complement the space rather than overwhelm it.

Start with the areas that will have the greatest impact. A Christmas tree in your reception or entrance area creates an immediate festive welcome, while smaller decorations can carry the theme through communal spaces, breakout areas and meeting rooms.

And remember that your decorations shouldn't obstruct walkways, exits, signage or access to workplace equipment.

5. Real or Artificial Christmas Tree – Which Is Better for a Workplace?

Both have their advantages.

A real Christmas tree gives you the traditional appearance, feel and scent that many people associate with Christmas. However, it will need looking after and you'll also need to consider dropped needles and what happens to the tree after Christmas.

An artificial Christmas tree can be particularly convenient for workplaces. There's no watering, fewer maintenance concerns and, if it's stored correctly, it can be brought out again year after year.
